You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account without notice or refund. The Service is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. Use of the Service by a minor is unauthorized and a violation of these Terms.

All paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal, accessible from the pricing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@getvisibl.net within 7 days of the charge.
Pro plan subscribers are subject to a fair-use cap of 200 generations per month. We reserve the right to suspend or throttle access to accounts that abuse the Service or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Service uses artificial intelligence provided by OpenAI to generate content suggestions including video titles, descriptions, tags, timestamps, and other metadata. You acknowledge that:
All software, design, branding, and content comprising the Service are the property of Yuba LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of submitted content. We process submitted content solely to provide the Service and do not use it for unrelated business purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Yuba LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yuba LLC and its members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13) shall survive.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yuba LLC with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
